Multi-arc ion plating technology is an advanced process that achieves vapor deposition by gas discharge in a vacuum environment. The equipment is made of all SUS304 high-quality stainless steel, equipped with a hidden double-layer cooling water jacket, and multiple sets of the latest developed ion arc sources to ensure the stability and uniformity of the sputtering process. Through the multi-way air intake system, the gas flow rate can be accurately controlled to meet the needs of different compound film layers. Combined with pulse bias technology, the energy of the electric particles is greatly improved, thereby enhancing the bonding force and surface finish of the film layer.
